1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to نظام إدارة المدارس (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service is a cloud-based school management system for attendance, teachers, students, schedules, and notifications. It is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly) across multiple plans (Free, Pro, Premium).

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

• When you subscribe to a paid plan, your card details are securely stored with our payment processor, Thawani Payments. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You may cancel auto-renewal anytime from your school's billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, the Service continues until the end of the paid period; no refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Plan Limits

Each plan caps the number of users, teachers, students, classes, and periods. Once a limit is reached you cannot add more until you upgrade. Details are listed on the pricing page.

6. Suspension & Termination

• If auto-renewal fails, we retry within a defined grace window. If payment is not collected, the school account is partially suspended (teachers and students lose access; the manager retains access to pay).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the Service.

7. Data Ownership

All data belonging to your school (students, teachers, attendance, settings) remains yours. You may export it anytime. After account cancellation we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss caused by user misuse or circumstances beyond our control. We perform regular backups, but you are encouraged to keep your own copies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are resolved by competent courts in Muscat.
